I assume you are looking for which is a better tuner (not antenna). I believe the radioxtreme comes with a little dipole antenna. You will have to hook up your car antenna (or some other external antenna) to the HQCT. Of the two, I'd say the HQCT. But you may want to consider looking into an HD radio (Visteon or Directed).
