Looking for shift knobs w/ switches

Hi, I have been looking around for custom shift knobs with switches and possibly an LED indicator... One of the only ones I have been able to find is the Varad Racerboy which is sold by crutchfield and various other online retailers. Has anyone out there found any other brands of shift knobs /w switches? I would attempt to make one myself, but I don't have the time right now with work.

BTW... if any of you made your own custom ones, I would love to see photos of it!

Not thought of that idea before - just looked up the Varad Racerboy, would be a nice feature alongside my touchscreen - just for skipping tracks etc without having to fiddle with onscreen buttons, much easier than taking eyes off road and a neat way of installing some extra buttons unobtrusively - I have some spare inputs to use on my butchered joystick so would be an ideal interface. (VB app to pick up the button presses and do the required feature)
I shall order one this week I think - anyone own one of these knobs, construction of a satisfactory finish..?
