Laptop video input. Any experience, ideas?

I was looking at some video cards with video in, and unfortunately most of them are AGP/PCI type, but I would like to use it on a laptop. So I came across this thing
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduc...pture%2CDevice

So did anyone use anything like that? I recently got one of those wireless cameras (like one from digitalww) from a fellow mp3car member (which I am thankful for) and would like to use it with this capture device using a laptop. But I still have doubts, so any feedback will be appreciated.
