Just picked this keyboard up from frys

It's a BTC Mini Keyboard, next to that it says BTC9118, the dimensions are in millimeters. 302(L)x142.5(W)x28.5(H). It's ps/2, not usb, but i think they sell the USB version for $20 bucks, 5 more than mine. See pics attached.

I have the USB version, works great. I don't always have it plugged in, but if I need it, I dig it out from the side of the seat, plug it in and it starts working within 2 sec.

Not sure if the PS2 version can do that, something you may want to think about before your 30 day return period expires.

It also has a USB connector on the side, so it can act like a USB hub and you can connect another USB device - like a mouse for instance.

I just wish it was another 1/2" narrower so it could fit in my glove box.

The reason I bought the USB version is the extra USB port on the side. If I need it, I just plug and plug the multimedia card reader/writer on the side. It's handy and well work perfect.
PS2 version, you can have it unplug after the PC already boost. Basically, PS2 mouse/keyboard must be present during boost up process. After windows is loaded. you can unplug it and plug it back if needed. The manual (non electronic) KVM switch work the same way.

I might pick up a USB version as well and use it for my car... and just use this as my desktop. I'm really starting to wish I hadn't tossed my box. Such is life

I saw a similar one (same size) with an integrated mouse/touchpad/joystick/trackball. They are around 35-40 bucks USB.
If you live in SoCal, some vendors at APC swapmeet have them. Oh yeah it's a every other month event. I didn't buy one because I already bought a touchpad (Serial/PS2) for 3 bucks.
