Touchscreen Calibration.. How Long?

I have a Lilliput Touchscreen, and I have yet to calibrate it. It does have some problems currently with the outsides of the screen to be a little off on the left and right. I have run the 4 point and 25 point tests but have yet to finish them. How many times do you have to touch the flashing circles? I have done it about a 100 times before I give up, it doesn't move to another one. I will post a screen shot of my drawing to show you how far its off, and see if thats a problem.

The screen shot is attached. The little dots in the corners are where I calibrated to the very corners of the screen, and they appeared in the middle of that box. On the left side of the screen, the lines drew to the right of the line, and on the right side of the screen they appeared on the left. In the middle they were pretty on, but didn't touch the bottom line...nor the top line.

Hi AJ,

try to push the dots longer, it will take a sec or two until it moves on. I got my Lilliput yesterday and had the same "problem" until i figured it out. Just leave your finger (or pencil) on the dot
By the way, does anyone here know if it is normal that the calibration only lasts for a couple of minutes? Could it be a temperature problem (itīs below 0 degrees Cel. here at the moment...)?

Bye,
oegie

I would have thought to hold it down but didn't have a chance to try it out. Thanks for the help.
