there is one wire that goes to the touchpad, this provides +12v, one wire is ground. Now in my case the remaining wire is used to sense the voltage drop. I think yours has two to sense the voltage drop. hope that makes sense.

OK I understand. But I have a couple of questions

First of all the wire from my head unit says +3.3V . Where should I connect it?

Second , There are 2 wires for control and the head unit has only one. What could i do for that?

I would connect the +3.3v to the top rail on the touch pad. ground is one wire and the two sense wires must be the remaining two. I think you have got a facelift loom.
