usb tv/fm thingymado

I keep pondering this usb tv/fm thing on ebay looks nifty but wonderign if anyone has any experience with this chipset and it working well with the various software. I ahve a old asus 7134 pci and it never works right and looking to empty that pci slot anyway but I know how touchy the fm / tv programs.

This is what I'm looking into getting as well. I wouldn't get it from this seller though, I found it at an online store for 5 dollars more but shipping doesn't cost $16 like this guy.

I am wondering if I get this, could I hook up my cars antenna to it and get the same quality radio? I'm not to interested in the TV side, because every conversion van that I have been in has given a bad picture when it was moving.

Doesn't look like it has a TV tuner. I've tried a TV tuner card in my older carputer and UHF/VHF reception is hard to do in a moving object (at least without a ugly antenna). Just wonder what use you would have for this in a carputer? Aux. video inputs?

If you get the right kind of antennae you can get smooth tv in a car. I've seen it before at my local stereo shop. Antennaes that work and are decent size and looking are around $100-200 (usually bundled with car TV tuner that hooks directly to your monitor)
