Looking for a Alt-Tab button? - similar to Virtual Keyboard

Im looking for an 'alt-tab' button, similar to virtual keyboard, but with the minimalistic function of only switching apps when i hit it, but it stays on top of all apps.

Ive scoured the forums and the web, but didnt come up with anything.

This would be the ideal solution to some of these front ends which dont handle this task very well. (i.e. between front end and GPS software and back quick, but leaving both running)

Thanks

Talking also....

This would also be a great solution for people to quickly switching to a GPS app if they get pulled over by the cops They could hit one button which is always on top, and bring focus to GPS, rather than that porn DVD they are watching.

as far as i know, Frodoplayer has the button which brings up the (or what i call the) alt-tab menu/gui where you can choose the app you want to go to.
What i am requesting is different. a button that when hit once automatically switches to the only other app running. (or Auto switches to the next app in the chain)

This "Switcher.exe" thing is SOOOOO close.
but it doesnt work reliably. im hoping the owner might look at it for me, base on the description i gave here ----->
