I would assume it would work about the same as the d-link. I think I am going to get one and try it.
So how about the car environment like wizawuza said.

I got it from Ebay (at least, i've ordered it and payed), $17 in total, incl shipping to Europe (Netherlands). Takes way longer than the FedEx shipping, but saves me a bunch

I just got mine for $11 shipped off of ebay and the software IS EXACTLY THE SAME as D-Link... the DSB-R100 was going for $45 shipped!!!!
This also has cables for an antennae instead of a flimsy rod like the d-link connection, it's also high-sensitivity FM tuner, this thing is JUST LIKE the d-link only inside a mouse, I'm sure you can open up the mouse and take the FM controller out...
btw, i used to own a d-link dsb-r100

I got zip on the FM Mouse using radiator. Anyone else have any luck?
I also dont know if its my notebook or what but the audio seems to be over modulated. I wrote an email to the seller in asia and they wrote back the next day saying they are no longer making them because Gemtek isn't supplying then parts anymore. He said their skin is similar to the d-Link but it's different on the inside. I told him about us here on MP3Car and tried to tease him with the level of demand for a small Radiator compatible USB FM radio, but he didn't bite at all. Doesn't look like ther will be any more but I will contact them next month about reverse engineering the interface and hardware to get a Radiator plugin started.

Haven't recieved them yet, but for $4 I don't really care if there not as good as a head unit and they look like it shouldn't be too much trouble to hook up to a car antenna. I've also written radiator plugins before so I might actually be able to do something useful in the car with them. If I can get them to work, I plan on giving them away with my carputer products ( http://www.digitalwheelz.com)

Just got all 30 of mine, they work great. Reception is fantastic in the house at least. I'm trying to hack the dll now for the program that comes with it now cause the program that it comes with sucks it terms of interface. I've been able to read all the exported function names from the dll and it looks pretty standard.
