hey, just wondering if anyone has managed to control some gps software like destinator 3 with a griffin powermate. i dont have a touchscreen and thought one of these looked the coolest way to control my carpc
after reading up though i dont think it will have enough functions to control something like dest.3. it has a total of 6 functions;
left
right
push
push left
push right
long push
in dest3 we need to;
enter address screen
scroll through alphabet to enter
backspace
select city
select street
select number
navigate
cancel route
and that's at the least
what do you think? anyone see a way of doing all this with the powermate? i guess text input with a mini keyboard would save 2 functions (the alphabet cycle and the backspace)
