USB from mp4 to RCA for lcd (Need Help)

A friend just gave me a mp4 and i have a 1.8" lcd module and i'd like to hook up this mp4 to it.

I need a cable i've been all over the place looking for it that has USB Input to RCA Output. I only need the RCA Video, i dont need Audio. Also, i dont know if that mp4 have enough bandwidth to give a nice video output.. anyone have any ideas or recomendations?

Thanks!

Someone gave you an MP4 movie file and you want to connect an LCD to it?
How do you connect a piece of hardware to a data file?

1) mp3 player does audio
2) mp4 player does audio & video
3) some ipods have mp4 capabilities, but not the ones the size of the nano.

if you dont know what you're talking about, how do you expect us to help you?

i guess you mean something like the video ipod, or archos?

something that can play mp3s/avis/mp4s(mp4 is a video file)/whatever else, unless it has video out, i'd be surprised if you can find anything, i know the ipod video has a cable you can get, but if its not ipod, and doesnt have rca outs already, good luck

Well that mp4 or w/e it is wont work for my project here. Now i guess i am just looking for anything small HD or anything that i am able to store movies and output it to my lcd via RCA.. if anyone knows of anything please let me know..

I know i can use like dvd players and ps2's and all that crap but im looking for something simple/smart/not too expensive/ that can store movies instead of swaping DVDs and ****.. and ofcourse that have an RCA Video out port.
