newbie question

Clarion VRX755VD radio/dvd tuner--has a touchscreen interface, can I hook it up to a Mac Mini? It has ceBit input. Or will I run into driver problems?
Thanks for any advice.

What Red said.

If you have to ask if you can control it, you probably either don't want to risk opening the HU and possibly losing control of the whole thing by damaging it, or you won't know enough to interface it.

What is ceBit input? I googled it but only got the electronics show.
