You mean a touchscreen larger than 15"? They make 17" resistive TS's, and above that you are looking at digitizer touchscreens, or the IR screens.

I have no idea what you are saying.
If English is not your first language, write in your native language. I can help you in French if needed. Others German, Spanish, Japanese/Chinese.

I still have no idea what you are trying to say.
Any screen that acts like a mouse is called a touchscreen. If you want to use the touchscreen control without a full LCD too, it is called a touchpad. Or you can get an overlay.
Windows only sees 1 mouse by default. So you can hook up 1 million Touchscreens and it will still only have 1 mouse. So if you touch any of the screens on the top right, the mouse will go to the top right. Simple as that.

I understand what he's saying
One 15" screen (touchscreen or non, whatever he chooses)
one 7" touchscreen
Both display the same thing.
This should be fairly easy to do, just get a video card with two VGA outputs that is capable of cloning, send the same output to both screens. Just make sure to find a resolution and frequency both screens can handle. There are some programs that can give u more precise control over monitor settings, but i can't think of the names right now.
Good luck!

shouldnt be too hard to keep the mouse pointer visibly and set it so that moving ur finger moves the mouse (rather than clicking)
Let's just wait on someone more experienced to confirm though

Like I said, you can have as many mice inputs as you want, but it will only work as 1 mouse. So connect it and you are good to go. Seems like overkill to have a full other screen just to push the screen. Sort of defeats the purpose of even having a TS on your 15".

You can get touchpads (like laptops) so you can use the touchpad really close, and then the display on the 15". It would be a lot cheaper.
