Want to use a cheap computer for carputer

I found a cheap nettop on Newegg for a cheap price and was wondering if it could be used for a carputer:

You could do that, or for the same price get a dual core 1.6ghz atom, with a DC-DC smart psu, and bluetooth built in. But if you really need the power, that would work. Just make sure to get yourself a decent inverter so it can survive engine cranking as most sub-$400 ones can't.

What does the mp3car starter kit include? I looked for a dual core 1.6 atom but I couldn't find any on newegg. I also thought i would need the power for the dvd, video, navi, and everything else to work properly.

that'll get you most of the component, just need to add LCD, wires, software, DVD-rom.
you won't find the psu on newegg, or the case.
