can GPS turn on laptop screen saver?

hello. new to the forum. looking for a process / utility that will read GPS unit and blank laptop screen or turn on screen saver when the vehicle move a set distance. anything like that available? thanks

We're actually looking for something similar in some company vehicles. We want something that will either disable the video on a laptop or put on a blank screen saver when the vehicle is in motion, so glancing at the screens aren't a safety issue while going down the road.

Anyone know a product or device that will do this?

This will be on different models and manufacturers of laptops, depending on what we bought at the time and the employee's preference.
