Dell Inspiron 2500 Memory upgrade

Can anyone tell me the cheapest place to get 2 - 256MB PC100 SDRAM SODIMMs memory? I want to use this dell as a secondary car pc, but it is running really slow and I figure upgrading the memory should be done first, probably would like to upgrade the HD as well. I know not all memory will fit this, but I do not think I need to be spending $100 or more upgrading this. That seems ridiculous as the computer is not even worth that much IMO. This is a newb question I know but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

yea I know of that place, I guess my problem is knowing what exactly will work in my POS dell as most places tell me it is a specific chipset so only certain memory will work.
It is still $55 there so that is $110. I just don't know if I can justify the cost. I feel like I could get a carPC that would perform just as good for that much (used).
Thanks thou...I will keep looking for some used...I would think somone would have some.
