Acer Travelmate 3200 won't display on VGA out after LCD removed.

Hey guys,

Tried to extend the wiring for my LCD and ****ed it. LCD rendered useless.

The PC was already setup to mirror the laptop LCD on the touchscreen, but now when it boots it won't get into windows. it has a error sounding beep.

Would Windows be realized there's no screen there and cracking it?

The Laptop cannot see if the LCD is connected or not.

You would need to use the FN-button on your laptop, and the corresponding key with some monitors on (up in the top of the keyboard) to switch between internal, both, and external. Somehow this got switched for you, but it's very unlike it has anything to do with your removing the panel.

Doesn't matter, it works now. Thanks!
