q1 mounting issue..

those with q1, how do you guys mount your q1 in your car... I have one that comes with q1 that uses suction cup... Works well.. problem is, it can easily be overheated in a hot sunny day.. I am afraid that will mess up the system... I like to mount it someplace near the dash, can't figure out a good way to do it... Anyone with a good idea?

google Ram mounts, these are the best mounts made for the Q1, I have mine in the ram q1 cradel mounted to the floor with the solid bar attachment to the bolts holding down the seat to the floor
