ing is a general suggestion. Most people cannot help those who dont know what they want. If you read most of the FAQ's you will find a general list of the things you will need. Since you have a desire to build a Carpc, you must have a general idea of what you need. If you read the phases of those who have assembled you will find examples of what has been done in the past. If you have questions of how they did what they have, specific topics (ie: dash fabrication, pc mount, pc acessories, stereo connections, or other simple topics). If you know nothing start with the newbie section and finger through a few threads. Just general advice, but your ability to read and think for yourself will help the most IMO. GL

Believe it or not, some noobs have experience with forums. mp3Car isn't the only forum on the net.

See, now you're talking about the difference between a n00b and a newbie again.
ArthrDent is most decidedly not a n00b. In these forums, he is, however a newbie. newbie is just a matter of longevity, or lack thereof.

Now you are getting your Newbs (newbies), noobs and n00bs in a twist.
I never referred to ArthrDent as any of the above mentioned forms of newb.
Because he has shown, that although he is a newbie (someone with a low post count on this forum) he is certainly not a n00b (someone who has posted alot but still hasn't learnt how forums work properly).
