Videos wont display on touchscreen but do on laptop screen?

I have no idea why? It also dosent display videos on the TV out? ONLY on the monitor???

Don't know if you'll see this or not but laptops usually have a button that switches displays
you have to hold the Function key(Usually blue key that says Fn)

It's usually between the control+alt+windows button.

Now somewhere else on the keyboard there is usually a button that has a little picture of a monitor(On my laptop it's the number 3 key)

Press them both to change displays
