tm 868 calibration

I searched for this, and actually found a post about someone with the same problem, but that got me nowhere. The tm 868 is an 8 inch touchscreen, and it makes me recalibrate it every time it turns on. Just the four point calibration, but obviously it shouldnt be doing that. The manual is completely useless and I searched through the touchkit program and didnt find anything that worked. Does anybody know how to stop it from doing this? if I skip the calibration, the touchscreen isn't calibrated.
Thanks,
Nick.

well, i seemed to have figured it out. there is a program called 4ptcal.exe or something of that nature which was set to run on startup, and i just disabled it. since the screen is already calibrated i have no idea why they would want it to run every time. anyways, it was that easy.
