Looking for a 5.6" Touch control to combine with a GameVue
I've been doing some searching around trying to find a touch screen controller to combine with my GameVue 5.6" display but I'm not having much luck.
I'm not exactly the most techincally minded person so I do need something that is reasonably plug and play.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Wow, well that looks like one of the cheapest and brighteset touch screen solutions I have found to date, the touch screen controller is only $78 + shipping for the 5.7" version, combine that with $50 for a GameVue screen at 5.6" and it's an awsome little soloution for mp3's games and movies.
Touch Screen pricing here.....

You gonna get one? Seems like you would have to have some pretty big buttons to use a touch that small... I have trouble sometimes with my 8.4" touchdisplay...
Let me know if you get it!

Yep Mike, I placed the order today for the touch screen and controller. It's cool that the controller and screens are all compatible, that way I can upgrade to a larger screen later on.
Now I just have to find a way to fit the touch panel into that GameVue casing.
The rest of my unit is built now and I'm starting to fill it up with DivX movies and plenty of MP3's.
Went for the Caselogic MicroITX case in Black with a Via Eden 800, 40 gig IBM Deskstar and 256meg Ram running XP. Still deciding whether to just go for a small inverter or try and find a 12v supply that will support 4.5V or more.

Hey Notion,
Let me know how that goes. That may be my first attempt of an in dash screen. Looks good!! And I have been researching for awhile. I am impressed at the out of winamp which will probably be the thing I use the most to start off. I will probably also go with the Mini ITX C3. Keep us updated especially with the Touch Screen
