In dash LCD pivot question

Hello!
I have been looking into an in dash LCD monitor for a carpc. However, I am going to be putting it into my '06 Civic Hybrid and there is not a lot of room to mount it. I am planning to mount it in the storage bin forward of the shift lever so that I can keep the stock HU and keep the car looking mostly stock. The only way it could be possible to mount it there is to have the LCD display pivot down instead of up.

I tried to email one of the manufacturers but I did not get any useful information regarding chainging the direction the LCD is tilted by the mechanism. Does anyone here know if any brand/model of LCD monitors will pivot down instead of up? Or could I mount the unit upside down and change a setting to flip the image back to the correct orientation?

1. Take it apart
2. Flip the actual screen
3. Reassemble

Thanks for the reply. Simple but I think that the cable for the LCD would pose a problem. If the cable for the screen connects to bottom then it might not reach across the screen when flipped. Good idea though.
