LCD/LVDS to VGA?

Hey Guys,

My motherboard has an LCD and an LVDS connector on it (http://www.advantech.com/products/mo...el_id=1-1TGZQW)

Since the VGA connector is pretty weak, I don't want to have a big VGA plug hanging off of it, so I attempted to make my own little VGA plug, route the wires under the motherboard to a different connector. Well, I ahve been getting a lot of flickering on the screen when the hard drive is accessed or I move the mouse, so this is not an option anymore.

Since the board has an LCD and an LVDS connector on it, is it possible to make/buy an adapter that would convert this to VGA? That was I can securely mount the VGA connector to the case and not worry about vibrations, etc... breaking the VGA connector off the motherboard.

Thanks!
