Difference between Xenarc TSV and YV?

I know I'll sound newbie, but I was lookin at the
Xenarc 700YV and Xenarc 700TSV specs, I don't see a major difference except the 5-wire Resistive Touch Screen (USB) and the price.

Can someone tell what are the difference between thoses 2 models or atleast point me the thread that would help me.

It's the same screen, but the tsv has a touchscreen overlay... that's it.
