Can't get my lillut to power on

I have pictures showing my connections with voltage to the GL-701. I have 12 v on the battery wire. I have 4 v on the acc wire and these were both checked after the fuse with the ground from the lilliput.

4v from any car wire is a bad sign...

well you over drawing your acc wire. What do you have hooked up to it?

As a test, use the wire coming straight from the battery to power both your screen's constant and switched input. This will make the monitor power up (or should) regardless of the state of the car. That way you can make sure the monitor works. If that works then you are going to need to move crap off your acc line to a relay tripped by the acc line.
