Lilliput 8 inch Transflective vs non Transflective

Hi Gyus (and girls)

I just got my new 8 inch mp3car.com Transflective enhanced display, and took a few quick shots of the old one (6 months old) that is not transflective, sitting beside the one that is. The angles are favourable for the transflective one, but i think you get the idea....i will be doing a swap in the dash this weekend, so i will put up some vids and better, more fair pics of the two side-by-side.

This is what i got for now....

Update :
I took a few more pics with my not so fantastic camera phone, but i think you get the idea.
First off the old monitor camera directly in front, you can see the massive glare and reflection from my hand, it is practically unusable in sunlight.

And this is the new transfl. monitor camera also directly in front of it, no reflection what so ever, and pretty much glare free :-) I am a happy man today.

Almost forgot, i took a small vid with my cam phone, not fantastic quality, but here you go anyway (mp4 format, needs quicktime)

What does the screen look like when the power is off? Does it have reflection at all?

Thanks for taking the time to put up these photos and video. Most appreciated.
Especially considering how excited you must be to get the transflective in the dash !!

Cheers,
