$150 7" Laptop PC
Mini PC with 7" LCD Display
TFT LCD 16x9 Res. 800x480
Fanless 150-300Mhz CPU,
Audio, 64mb ram, 1GB Flash
Lan, 6 USB. Option: wireless
Linux, browser, email, etc.

Not really powerful but damn cheap for what you get the screen might be cool if i had the specs.

I would also consider a used laptop from the the Pentium M/ Celeron M family in the ~$200 range. Some of them, like the Dell Inspirons came with Radeon or Geforce Video cards that are snappy enough for graphics intensive applications or games (emulators, etc.) Just a thought.

Consider carefully using a dell laptop. The reason why I say this is although they may be a good laptop, you have to use their proprietary PSU's to get the thing to charge properly. This makes them more expensive (I just spent US$70 getting a incar charger for my dell Laptop) Just something to think about.

While I love Dell, the above is absolutely correct. The other thing to watch for is people having trouble with specific models. For example, the Inspiron 5150 is plagued with overheating issues, and some other build-quality issues that can be a bigtime downer. There are recalls, and Dell has extended warranties, but it's definitely something to consider if you are looking in the used market.

Not sure if I am reading this right, but it looks like the Processor is PPC based, which if I recall correctly, microsoft doesn't support with it's OSs these days!
