Anyone in Sacramento with Xenarc 700 series who will let me use their cable?
I've sent my 700tsv in twice to xenarc with that stupid white screen. The first time they sent it back saying the ribbon cable was loose and the screen acted exactly the same. I sent it back again and they replaced the cable as well as the brown connectors on the controller board.
Same problem.
So, I'm wondering if its my signal cable. Is anyone in the area that will let me use their cable to see if I need another one, or if I need to send it in to xenarc again?
