gerard - didn't mean to sound harsh, it was just a simple question as the way you asked seemed almost like you blindly came into the thread and didn't fully understand what it was all about but were able to get ahold of some films. Just didn't want someone to risk their LCD (one small "oops" can turn into a long string of explicatives

) for something for which they didn't have much knowledge on.
I did list the correct order in which they should be applied though. You don't NEED 2 sheets of BEFII, you just get the most effect by using 2 sheets as long as they're crossed at 90 degrees of each other.
The BEFII and BEFIII are very similar. BEFIII is slightly less effective than the BEFII with the benefit of it being thinner.
If you really want to give the LCD a kick in the butt, remove the stock gloss-white sheet from the backlight and replace it with ESR. I believe you can also add a layer of TRAFII directly on the surface of the Backlight, followed by the diffuser, then the 2xBEFII, then the DBEF-E.
The TRAFII basically makes the light source more uniform. I didn't put this in my screen...but I sure thought about it...
adding the BEFII and DBEF-E by themselves will make a big difference. The ARMR200 you got looks like it will do wonders for glare reduction which is the main problem I have with my screen now.
Go too crazy though and you'll end up with an LCD that's so bright that it's washed out.
