I've seen where they mention LCD and Plasma TV's using Vikuiti films, so I assume they should have them in very large sizes.

You can get it in the larger sheets, but you'll have to pay for it. It's not the free sample.
We're going to be carrying these on the store in packages since everywhere else you have to buy in packs of 30 of each to get what you want.

BTW, pictures of my results:
I was only able to do one layer of the BEF since the 11" x 11" sheets aren't big enough to do 2 sheets at 90 degrees to each other. I should also note that the first picture was on a less sunny day than the second, but I tried to get it at the same angle. Over all, I'm very impressed with the results. Is it transflective quality? Nope. But for a Xenarc screen this is the option I have!

Impressive! Nice pic of the sun for reference as well.
I'll have to consider doing this at some point...

It's same films that everyone else has used and posted in this thread.
You can read here to learn more: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/1113192-post103.html
There are a few other posts that contain details. It took me a while, but I read the entire thread and learned what needed to be done.
As to your question about an order number or articles or a link, I'm not sure what you're asking.

I have upgraded a new Lilliput with passive enhancements (films) and had the lcd bonded to the touchscreen. Compared to my Xenarc, the enhanced Lilliput is way much better. Glare is almost gone and sunlight readability was greatly enhanced. I'll post a video later showing the results. This type of enhancement would be great for those looking for an upgrade for sunlight readability at an affordable price.

curious...but wouldn't this be a "bad" thing in case you needed to replace the touch panel down the road (no pun intended)?
Would it be better to bond the layers of film?
where'd you have it bonded at anyway?

I believe that the first mp3car sunlight readable screens were bonded, but I'm not sure. It would be an issue if the touchscreen was damaged or stopped working. I've been using my screen for years and no issues with the touchscreen.
The films have been added as well as passive enhancements and I don't believe that they can be bonded.
Bonding the lcd to the touchscreen is the only way of getting better results with glare since the air between the ts/lcd is eliminated; therefore less reflections.
I sent the screen to a company to do the bonding

http://www.gdoptilabs.com/products/optical_bonding.htm
Here's a company that does it, don't know what prices are like for individual bonding.
Edit: Sent RFQ, prices range from $1k for process to examine the display in a dark room/simulated sunlight to assess technique to apply and do a single bond, $200-$300 for production bond once methodology is determined.
Here's another:
http://www.ci-lumen.com/services/index.html ...these guys don't do single-order, afaik
and another:
http://www.bluecubelcd.com/
I am requesting quote from all, will report back with findings (please don't deluge these people with like phone calls/emails, I'll report back asap).

yeah....wow...kind of makes it prohibitive unless the bonding is done in mass quantities (or you're just made of money... there's always that )

Yeah, that's the drawback of upgrading the screens, any little smudge/fingerprint will be seen easily. I believe that mp3car's has the same drawback.
