RCA Video Monitor...

I have been looking for a double din VGA monitor. I cant find one cheap enough to be worth it to me. If I found one of those jenson units...

Not this particular one but one of the DVD combo units.
It has a aux video input and USB touchscreen out. Is it theoretically possible to use this thing as a monitor / control for my laptop with RoadRunner and a vid out??

I have search up and down the forums... and either it is a ban-able sin to do such things or very much frowned upon. I know the video will look like butt. However, I havent much of an option.

If it really does have a USB touchscreen output, then yes, it should work. I wouldn't advise it since it will be very fuzzy and hard to read, but if it's your only feasable option, go for it. Personally, I'd spend the $200 or so and get a decent VGA screen and fabricate some type of bracket to fit it in the double DIN mount.
