Touchscreen under 4" high?

I'm building a PC into my Ford Focus ZX3, the opening for the radio is 3.5x7 - 4x7.5 depending on how deep the screen is and whether or not it sits flush with the console (there is a small lip inside the opening). I'd be willing to use an open-frame model and customize my own bezel, especially since I'll probably have to do that anyway to accomodate custom controls on the side.

I'm looking for a USB based touchscreen that would fit in that space, either out of box or after removing/modifying the bezel.

Does anybody know of a screen that will work for me? I'm considering http://cgi.ebay.com/Lilliput-7-Touch...QQcmdZViewItem since it's close in size and looks like it would fit without the bezel, but I'm worried about buying it if I don't know for sure.

Yes this item will work, but if you want a close start for a frame also check out mp3car.com's kit. Since that is a very good price on the screen I say buy it now
Then you can have mp3car install the LCD if you don't want to mess with the panel inners.

Be sure to read his feedback comments before ordering.
