Gotta have more info on the setup he needs. Will everything be the same on all 4? Or does he want one or two for the computer interface and the other 2 or 3 for full-screen video? Or all 4 showing somthing different? Also how many are touchscreens?

I'm putting 2 15" in the doors and a 22" in the rear and a 10" in the dash wich is a touch screen (lilliput) I would like to have the dash and the rear screen to display the same thing. I'm also putting a ps2 in the car also so there will be 2 source units. So all 4 need to be able to display the same thing. With the option for the dash and rear to work together and the door to work together. The doors and the rear need to display full sreen video.

Then you're going to have to have a video card with two vga outputs (don't forget though that you can get a vga output from a dvi plug via an adapter), split them into four, and run a video capture card so that you have somewhere to hook the rca jacks from the ps2. And the computer needs to be fast so it can handle displaying the video stream from the video capture card without any lag so it doesn't mess you up when playing ps2. It won't be easy, but it can be done.
This is just my opinion, maybe somone else has a better way.
If all the screens had rca jacks it would be far better because you wouldn't have to mess with video capture.

You could also convert the ps2 to a vga signal, like this : http://www.gameasylum.us/drgaps2xbmua.html that would save a whole lotta problems. Then its a matter of using an electronic/or manual vga switcher to switch inputs between screens and source.
