ID Code on MDT-X7000

Does anyone know how to turnoff the need to input the ID Code on the Xenarc?
Damn annoying every time it starts up.

It shouldn't ask you for the id-code after the initial operation. The only time it will ask you again, is if you push the reset, or if it loses power completely (the 12vdc connector to the battery is disconnected, or the battery dies). I don't know how you are running power on it, but I'm guessing it's a theft deterant, so if someone rips the unit out of your car and they don't know the id-code it won't work (kinda silly since they already would have stole it).

Thanks. Yes, currently got it working on the build bench while I setup the puter, so am cutting the power supply each time, which would explain it. Thanks for responding.
