Xenarc 700TSV - hidden buttons

Just double checking - because I have a remote with power buttons, etc... I can have the buttons hidden/covered by my bezel, right?

also, once connected to my opus320, my dispay will come on without pushing the power button everytime, right?

The remote uses an IR sensor that is on the button pad area. You can do without the buttons but be sure that you don't cover the sensor. Once it is setup properly, you don't need the buttons or remote, but you never know when something will go wrong and you need to set it up again.

ahh, crap... I forgot about the IR sensor. I'll have to look into remote mounting it. That's do-able, right?

the ir sensor is on a cable so you have a little slack to work with. you can always extend the cable if needed.
