Incase you haven't seen my
newbie post, I'm planning on building a carPC (version 1, anyone), using parts I have around the house.
I want to use my Handspring Visor (Pro) as a display. I have a USB cradle.
I've been reading around, and have seen the reports and issues regarding PalmOrb, PalmVNC and PalmAmp. PalmAmp seems to have little known issues, but seems a bit restrictive to me. I'd like to display more.
So my question is - what would YOU use? PalmOrb (which seems to have issues with some USB devices, but is entirely free), or PalmVNC (which shows a complete display, but requires a commercial SoftickPPP software to work)?
