What is wrong with my Liliput?

I bought a Liliput off another forum a while back and today I have finally gotten around to trying it.

Unfortunately it's not behaving. It says "no input found" on the BIOS screen, and when you get into Windows, you get a display something like this.

It's not my PC because it works fine with a 14" samsung LCD and because the liliput exhibits the same fault when hooked up to a normal desktop PC as well.

Any idea how to fix this?

i know that lilli has options like phase, and hertz ( if im not mistaken) although im not 100% sure, i would guess something like that is off since there is an image, its just out of (adjustment) if you will.

well, eventually I got the front panel working, then I started randomly mashing buttons, and suddenly it worked. I even had 800x480 for a bit, though the picture was rolling like it couldn't find the vertical sync pulse.

my xenarc does that sometimes too, but i'm pretty sure its my video card problem not the lcd. I just change the resolution and restart and it seems to work again.

it looks like a problem with the timings used by your graphics driver. What kind of graphics adapter? Onboard? PCI-E card?
