OK so I have been noticing that every time I drive my car the usb portion of my 700tsv "goes out". I constantly hear the Usb plug in/ un plug notification noise, when u hear the noise the TS does not work, but when the noise repeats the TS starts to work. I checked the usb plug and everything is fine. I also check main connecting harness on the xenarc and it is connected nice and tight. Unfortunately the way my xenarc is molded I HAD to leave the back cover plate off.
I noticed the usb control module: CY-4W-USB-03. And If i jiggle with that the usb WORKS! I am wondering if i replace that board if it will work. But now on the CY-4W-USB-03there is a flat ribbon cable that im guessing goes to the TS controller panel and the other end of the CY4WUSCY-4W-USB-03B03 module there is a harness with 4 wires and it connects to the the main harness.

But on the lilliput the usb controller has solder connections, on the Xenarc the usb controller connects to the main harness via a 4pin cable.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
