Try to read the number on the display. And search for that number.
When the result is a 480x234, it is an LCD TV (or a video monitor, because no sign of TV tuner ). The second number is more important, because for commercial reason it is often advertised as 1440x234.
If the native resolution is 800x480, it is an lcd monitor. It is not so likely.
What are the inputs of that panel? Is there any sign of VGA connector?
If not, video monitor. Have you got the case?
Check the white text on the pcb, it often says the function of the pins or so...
