Annoying touchscreen beep returns after reboot?

I haven't been able to figure out why, but I have my touch beep disabled in the touchkit configuration menu. When I unplug the computer and plug it back in the beep is renabled.

Anyone else have this problem?

I know i have a couple ways of approaching this.....

Figure out why it is being re-enabled on startup...any ideas?

and deleting the sound file it is pointing too.

Any help would be appreciated.
