Adding touch screen is simple. Buy a touch screen kit.... It consists of the panel, board (with usb port) and I think maybe a few more things. Go on ebay and check one out. You should be able to use a 15 inch screen, if it is VGA or DVI. Anything else will look cr@ppy. Remember mobile screens are made to be light weight and able to with stand the car enviroment, im not sure a regualar LCD can do that (screen wise, yes, but certain components may not hold up so well). Also you dont 100% need touchscreen, you couls always use a 3in1 presenter...... like one of these
