Hi all,

I have spent a lot of time reading the different threads on this forum and my Car PC install is almost complete.

Now I want to update my setup so that the PC screen only powers ON after a certain time in order to avoid seeing the annoying BIOS and Windows loading prompts, but I haven't been able to figure the best way to do this... has anyone been able to do this?

The power supply that I am using (Opus 120W) had a "Remote On/Off" output cable (J1-Pin6) with a user selectable Power On delay of 1, 10 or 20 secs (JU2-Pin7&8), but i'm not sure if I can wire this to my screen (7" Lilliput 629GL-70NP,2008 model)... can anyone comment or recommend some reading?

I believe it could be possible possible to take apart my Lilliput and wire the 'Remote On' output of my Opus power supply to the Lilliput Power button, but I wanted to get some feedback from other users who may have tried or done that before...
