Hey guys, I am slowly getting this project done. I was wondering if anyone has some SOLID mounting tips for an LCD panel so it won't fall out of the dash housing I am using.
The LCD panel is 8" (16:9) from a Lilliput monitor and fits snug in my Scosche adapter for my dash. I took some of the cylindrical mounting tabs from the Lilliput and epoxied them to the back of the dash piece, so I can use the retaining clips/screws to hold the LCD panel down. I hope this is sufficient, but I really want to make sure the thing isn't going to move after having finger-force presses on it all the time.
