Can you use the touchscreen while the monitor is off and still get a response even though you cant see anything?

Have you hooked an external CRT monitor to your computer's output?

But vaige, please, just do not dip the information about your problem.

Did you check the functionality of the VGA cable? It was the same as you used on that 'your computer-foreign monitor' trial?
It is also possible that the converter chip went wrong.

sorry sir, what does "dip the information" means??

i have no way to check the VGA cable .. it seems the VGA cable that comes with the Lilliput screen is unique and has a different connector where the part clips to the LCD.

It works when i used a standard VGA cable when i was testing my computer..

Fyi, im using this cable to connect the lilliput lcd to my pc

then this

I have no idea how can i test the cable (VGA) whether its faulty or not...

Any advice? Thanks!!

That means a missing letter, because the dying battery of my wireless KB.
DRIP the info. I meant, you give us the info in small droplets

Have you a multimeter? To check the VGA cable is on of the last and desperate thing to do.
Is the monitor still under warranty?

I had this happen to me, but one of my connectors was just loose, the round one in this picture:

It took me a good 20 minutes to figure that it was loose

Also, this board is pretty informal and you don't need to call everyone sir

i tested the av cable with the multimeter, all sounds good. i have alsoed dismantle the casing and disconnect any reconnect back all connections..but still not signal. my usb touch screen is working now after i installed the software using a standard 15" monitor..

i suspect its the av cable thats causing the problem, the rubber protective for the wire seems to be kind of stiff. suspected the sun is causing it.

any gurus can advise where can i get a replacement for the av cable, im located in singapore.

Many thanks!
