Tft 7" Xdxp070z /argh

Hi Crew,

My windows install took a large dump on me today in my CarPC (VoomPC), and now I'm unable to locate my touch screen drivers, and a search of google yields very little to go on. Does anyone have the drivers for this screen for XP still?

TIA!

TouchKit drivers

I have the same monitor and I've lost my CD with the driver as well

..but luckily I have a copy stored on my laptop HDD.

You can try this link: http://www.touchkit.com/Drivers.asp

If it does not work for you, then I can send you the original driver files that I got with the monitor.

Cheers.

I did eventually find a driver that would work w/ the monitor but I think its having some odd issues. If you could shoot those files to me, so I can archive them and install them into the car, you'd be my best friend ever.

Thanks

That's the original driver for TFT 7" XDX P070Z

That's the touchscreen driver that I got in the box with the monitor:

http://rapidshare.com/files/12412081...river.zip.html

I zipped all files for all OSes including Linux, MacOS, etc.
What was the exact touch screen issue with the driver above?

As for me the touchscreen worked well with that driver after 9-points calibration. The only thing is that I don't like about this monitor is the picture quality.. well.... it's not that bad overall, but I tried to setup 800x480 and it is working unstable.. I mean it is not possible to get the exact pixel-pixel match even with the custom resolution / timings added through PowerStrip. As a result, any relatively small text is not quite looking crisp and clear.. don't think that this can be improved.
