Mag Innovision LS500 and pci card

Just wondering if anyone has looked into this. My ex has an old Mag innovision LS500 15" monitor. It came out a long time ago when LCD standards were still being determined. It's all digital(no analog connector), but it's not DVI. She had had some trouble with it on a particular motherboard and when I did some research I found out the card used some standard generally used for laptops. Now this is very much a stretch, but is there some way to maybe use the card to drive a laptop screen? I'm thinking the card is old enough that it may be able to get one fairly cheap. Sorry if this type of thing has been covered before, I was just curious.

Not sure

Like I said it was an ex's monitor, so I really can't look at it now. I do know it had a Trident 9660 or equivalent chipset, and that it was propriettary for the monitor and sold with it. So I know it came from MAG Innovision, but I don't know if it was just OEM'd from someone else.
If it is LVDS, what would that mean? Only reason I ask is cause I'm also trying to jog my memory on all of this, and can't seem to find a lot of the information pages that were around 2 years ago.

the new EPIA-M is suppose to be LVDS compatible.

You gotta get a model # and do some digging. or better yet, take it apart and get the internal model numbers and do some googling.
