I never did. Swapped out on warranty. Then after the 3rd unit, the company I was dealing with stopped carrying it because of all the returns. Even the next one I bought did the same thing, difft company.

i am getting bad interference on the VGA signal with the same screen, this is true not just when in the car but also on the work bench at home.

seems like the unit isnt very well grounded / sheilded for in car applications on the VGA side...

Beginning to wonder if I should have bought this from all the problems people are having!!
Does anyone have one that's been reliable & working for a long time dare I ask?!

Is there a more reliable alternative for the same sort of money? Ie, I know you can get the lilliput ones with built in amp & tuner for around the £200 mark but are they any better?
Seems the big issues with this model is the voltage sensitivity and the the plastic cogs in the fold out mechanism, but am assuming the lilliput one has it's own special weak points too?

I have one and have had it working for ~1 year, but are now beginning to have issues with the touch screen (panel) it usually works perfect when I start the car, but as soon as I start driving and there's the tiniest bump in the road it stops working maybe comes back when the road is smooth again, but that is very rarely.

Anyone knows what the problem could be, my music keeps on playing and the navigation also works great so it's not my computer or harddrive that is "crashing"

Great! Another problem to add to the list!

I have a normal Lilliput touchscreen also. Shame there isn't really room to add that somewhere to my dash because then I wouldn't have the worry of the reliability of this screen, and would have the DIN space freed up for a decent head unit instead of having to fit an amp.

I'm beginning to think it might be worth trying to squeeze the normal screen in somewhere, and sell this one. I'm skint anyway after buying a motorbike at the weekend so the money would be useful!

Real shame though as it seems such a nice piece of kit, but I don't want to be left with an expensive bit of junk when it goes wrong.
