Looking for specific display

Hi!

I am new to this entire carputing community, and am hitting a dead end while plotting my project...

Namely I am looking for a very specific display that complements my dash design properly. To let you understand the problem, see the attached image of my factory headunit. The thing measures more than a regular Double-DIN bay (widthxheight is 195x120mm).

I'd like to use the space to the full extent, if possible at all, and hope to find a display unit that has at least that size in viewable dimension AND a very small framing. Some 8.4" 15:9 units I have located just lack a few millimetres. I'd rather have the aluminium front/covering cover a few pixels and then just adjust my software skins accordingly instead of using a model that mounts "on top" or leaves a gap that is hard to cover.

Does anyone have any ideas?
