Strange, i wanted to point you to the faq section but i cant seem to find one on best screens. There are however tons of threads on touch screens

I'm using a cheap $175 8 inch screen. Not the best but it works for what i wanted to do.

The liliput is the common screen here. Also the xenarc. But they are not cheap. they are....i wouldn't say top but better quality then nock off ebay screens.

Well yea im using a xenarc im looking to get the best bang for the buck you know something descent but not too expensive...

not sure if that makes sense i mean i know it makes sense just hard for people to make comparisons i guess lol

for example i think the intel is the best bang for the buck as far as mobo's for carputers go i mean its pretty cheap for the preformance u get its not the fastest or the best in any way but for the money i think its well worth it

i want something like that but for a screen would be nice if i could find something reliable for my friends but at the same time not too expensive

EDIT: Im sure other people are intrested in this too and it will take experienced installers to answer it, i know tons about computers so i can tell u for 70-90 bucks the intel is great bang for the buck but i know nothing about screens besides the xenarc that i own... but im looking for something much much cheaper but still get descent quality you know

lilliput 629 2008 model from mp3car store. cheaper than a xenarc, LED backlit and perfectly fine for daytime use. I have no wants for transflective now that i updated to this.
